• Manage, administer, and maintain all Internet and intranet sites
• Develop, deploy and oversee content management tools and workflow to ensure timely and accurate updates to existing sites
• Develop, deploy, and maintain program-specific pages, sites, email and related metrics to support marketing partnerships
• Work with internal stakeholders to define and analyze requirements and set schedules for designing and deploying new features, sites and applications
• Respond quickly to understand and support marketing and promotions opportunities with short lead times
• Develop, maintain, and report site metrics to track usage, improve user experience, and eliminate barriers to process completion
• Develop, deploy, and maintain server-side scripting and JavaScript applets
• Participate in the evaluation, recommendation, and selection of hardware and software solutions
• Analyze hardware and software needs to resolve problems in the most efficient and timely manner
• Manage and guide activities of internal production staff and third-party resources as required
• Manage site security and compliance standards for privacy and accessibility
• Plan and budget for web operations growth and needs

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science or related, Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years experience managing the day-to-day operations of a mission-critical, client/customer-facing production website
• 3+ years managing, training, and developing staff
• Expertise in retail, customer account management, and subscription/renewals site architecture best practices
• Ability to accurately estimate project effort, schedule and resource requirements based upon business requirements, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Expertise in content management and workflow best practices
• Proven ability to analyze web traffic patterns, usage, and abandon rates using web tools and application monitoring products (experience with Net Tracker a plus)
• Proven understanding of web encryption technologies (SSL Certificates, https, etc.)
• Experience with web programming, including CGI, PERL, and JavaScript
• Experience with Flash, video streaming, and multi-media editing
• Experience working with third-party hosting
• Experience developing, tracking and managing to service level agreements
• Ability to work in a fast- paced, highly-collaborative environment. Strong team player.
• Proven problem solving ability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with design for accessibility desirable
