Verified Identity Pass's registered traveler program, called "Clear", offers airports the opportunity to provide enhanced customer service to their passengers while addressing security concerns and allowing for better resource allocation at checkpoints.

All Lines Move Faster:
By attracting a critical mass to the faster-moving, dedicated Clear security lanes, the non-Clear lines become shorter, too. Increased throughput at all lanes results in a better experience for all customers and more time spent at airport concessions.

Economic Benefits For Airports: Because we have worked so hard to develop a cost-efficient business model, and because we have experience in running a consumer business, we are also able to offer early-adopter airports a significant upside in this new industry with a direct share of passenger enrollment revenue.

An "Equipment Fund" At The Designated Lane:
Beyond a dedicated lane and line, we are also committed to an "Equipment Fund" to enhance security lane throughput and effectiveness. And so that we may ensure that registered travelers will have expanded expedited benefits in accordance with TSA's standards, our program includes a guaranteed equipment fund at each participating airport. If TSA and the airport agree, it would be used to install premium equipment at the specifically designated registered traveler lanes to speed throughput while also enhancing security.

With Lockheed Martin, our systems integrator and minority shareholder, Verified ID offers unsurpassed technological and operational expertise that has produced a system that is proven, secure, and scalable. Lockheed Martin's Transportation and Security Solutions (LMTSS) operations and ARINC are responsible for all technical aspects of the RT Program. Our solution will support hundreds of thousands, even millions, of Clear Members. Our team's experience in building large, scalable systems combined with proven, commercially-available products that are designed to be highly secure and scalable will ensure the long-term growth of the Clear® System. Our registered traveler solution combines brand name products, with best-of-breed biometrics and Smart Card products.

Interoperability:
Verified ID has been working with industry groups, including the Voluntary Credentialing Industry Coalition and the AAAE's Registered Traveler Interoperability Consortium. And, Clear is interoperable with other registered traveler programs so Members are able to use their cards at any registered traveler airport, even those with programs run by competing service providers.
